Armor Rack Display Change

I would like it if armor racks displayed armor like the ARMOR command. I don't know how feasible this would be to implement

At the moment if you look at an armor rack, it's displayed like so:
You see nothing particularly unusual about the simple pine armor rack.
On the simple pine armor rack you see some ebon chitinous greaves, some ebon chitinous vambraces, an
ebon chitinous helm and a pair of ebon chitinous sabatons.

It would be nice if it displayed it instead as such:

head: .... (chitin) an ebon chitinous helm (undamaged)
neck: .... none
torso: ... none
arms: .... (chitin) some ebon chitinous vambraces (undamaged)
hands: ... none
legs: .... (chitin) some ebon chitinous greaves (undamaged)
feet: .... (chitin) a pair of ebon chitinous sabatons (undamaged)
