Shadgard - a winter town without winter clothing

Could we take another look at the selection of clothing available in Shadgard please.

Players starting in the Shadgard can find only lighter fabrics in the clothing shop there....cotton, denim, oilcloth, linen. To buy the wool clothing needed to survive, they have to travel to warm Mistral Lake to buy the warmer fabrics - wool, cashmere, tweed, etc. Could these needed fabrics be brought into
Shadgard's shop, please?
