i'm not crazy about seeing manure either. If we must, can there be pooper scoopers or something sold so that this can be cleaned up?

I thought that all of the skeleton mounts got fixed into not being skeletons, at some point?

He was probably riding his or it was stabled when the change was made so it never got updated. I'm not sure if existing horses were changed or just the ability to buy them though.

His was converted. Construct mounts don't make a lot of sense lorewise, as they'd be horribly inefficient, among other issues.
