New task for Utasa suggestion

Root out infested from population.

A civilian was recently spotted showing symptoms of infestation in Mistral Lake. Our most recent report shows that he was last spotted in Town Square, seek him out and destroy him.

I like this idea, though change cities. Utasa aren't allowed in Shad last time I checked.

It was an example city, first one that came to mind. Oop. You're right, Utasa aren't /allowed/ in Shadgard.

I just wouldn't wish for an Agent doing a task to later be branded a liar and a cold blooded murderer, further complicating the issue with Tse and Shad.

Purging the infested is one of the major goals of the Tse Gaiyan, so I think it is reasonable to believe that the Utasa would continue their work even in a town that doesn't welcome them. They're like secret agents for a reason.

I could see an assassin using this the other way around. "Naah, I'm not a murderer. He was infested."
