Goggles - making them work as eye protection

I would like to receive some eye protective value to wearing goggles.

The first protection I would like to request, is that goggles reduce the chances of a dirtkick succeeding by 50%, and a reduction in the recovery time as well.

If they offer eye protection, then they should also reduce your perception when worn if they don't already.
