I think it would be nifty to see these seeds -

Tomatoes
Onions
Cabbage
Leeks
Peas - I love me some peas!
Rice - be cool to grow and steam your own rice.
Beets

Just a few ideas I had whilst farming earlier. :)
The Rig-Jarl Bjorn gives you a bone-crushing bearhug.

The method of purchasing seeds has changed. Packets are no longer available. Shops that carry seeds have a single item, a seed, that is customizable. You may order multiple customized seeds if you're holding a container in your right hand.

The availability of seeds has also changed, so make sure you shop around for all the varieties.
A cheerful jingle intones, "Rithenschmirtz Evil Incorporateeeed!"
