[Idea] Trash Bin

Why not add in a barrel to throw the unwanted materials that is emptied once per hour? I am tired of running to the pawnshop to use their's..
The elements are slaves to no being. One must learn to ask for their aid, the elements offer power to the humble. This is why no one is truly a master yet everyone is a student..

... No, I'm have no desire to have trash barrels all over town when there is a perfectly good one a few rooms away.
