Ability suggestion: Wither

Through manipulation of the nether and the knowledge a sorcerer possesses of how blood flows and ebbs through a living body, the sorcerer withers the victim in a horrible, incapacitating way. The victim's is severely penalized when doing combat or any other physical actions. The degree of withering, as well as duration depends upon sorcery skill.

And how exactly does he wither the victim? Does he use nether to infuse the blood?

Isiaa has never watched Thinner. All it takes is being a gypsy shaman or feeding them pie.

Jaja. But we are discussing how SORCERERS can do this, not gypsy shaman. Also possibly multiple levels of frostbite might cause limbs to wither and eventually cause limbs to fall off. Or maybe a combination of cryomancy and sorcery as this seems to be a rather powerful spell.
