Minor Animation requirements

I was all excited about getting this, going by the requirements on the wiki. Zeel informed me that I was a tard and it was now 500 sorcery. So in the spirit of trying not to be upset by understanding, why did this change take place? Also maybe we could get the wiki updated?

I was super excited for it too! I only found out by asking Flannigan IC about the ability. I assume it was for balancing, which made me a tad sad.
I have nothing productive to say, therefore, I must be heard!

I could swear I updated the wiki. Sorry. It was changed some time ago. It was originally lower so that our then-current Rook crop could try it out and work out the bugs.
The lore compels me!
