Brand new crafted leather armor being created as (scuffed)

Title says enough, but it seems to be commonplace. Lacie, Stuhilly, and I all have crafted armor and it starts out scuffed.

The player crafted armor also cannot be repaired at the moment.

This should now be fixed for anything created from here on out.

Armor pieces made before this fix 'should' be able to be fixed by removing and wearing that piece again. After this, they should be able to be repaired.
