Guards crack down on criminals!

Criminals beware - guards will now attempt to arrest you! No longer are the townsfolk content to wait until criminals walk into jail to turn themselves in.

As a friendly reminder, surrendering will get you some jail time and fines, but will also clean up your record. This won't fix your reputation, however, so if you've ruined it to the point of being hostile with the town, you will continue to be hostile with them even after surrendering.
