Death penalty break on logout

It seems if you log out when a death penalty is effecting your skills the timer to remove the penalty breaks.

That is to say the penalty does not get removed from your skills.

This has to do with the server seeming to want a second to be longer than it is (most people have noticed roundtime is taking longer than usual) and is being worked on. Not fun!
