I don't know if it was said elsewhere but what kind of bonus do containers gain for being well crafted?

+10% for Well-Crafted?
+20% for Exceptionally Crafted?
+30% for Master Crafted?

What do exceptional or master work belts do? Can you have additional items on the belt?

Belts count as clothing items in this case. Just for looks.

... They work the same as any other belt. The quality factor simply effects how it looks.
