So, some of you may have noticed I pulled sales carts from the general store a while ago as we had basically been testing the mechanics of them, but hadn't figured out what we wanted to do with them just yet.
These have been adjusted and will now be a Trader only perk. (booo! hiss!)
However, I've added the ability for the owner of the cart to have the option to add a shop PARTNER, by which they can allow someone to use the cart to sell their own wares as well. (Yay!)
- Traders must have achieved the "Shopkeeper" ability in order to purchase a sales-cart.
- The owner of the cart can remove their partner from the cart at anytime, this will place all remaining items and balance the partner has earned into the bank for the area the cart is currently set up in.
- Partners and Owners share inventory space of up to 40 items.
- Taxes of some sort will soon be added to sales carts and personal mines to account for inactivity.

It means what it says. In the future you'll have to pay some taxes to maintain the mine or sales cart. This is so that the game doesn't end up with hundreds of ghost mines and abandoned sales carts.

If taxes aren't paid on a sales cart or mine, they'll get repossessed.
And yes, these are meant to be expensive. Mines in particular are a commitment to maintain and not for the casual miner. (As stated when they were released.)
Player mines offer advantages and rare material combinations that you won't find anywhere else.
It would be useful to receive examination information when ordering from a sales-cart, as you do when ordering from a shop. There is an iron cuirass I am interested in purchasing, though I am unsure whether it is metal scale armor or plate.
