New ability: Conjured Blocking Technique

Per the changelog: The new Conjured Blocking Technique ability is now available for Elemancers with knowledge of geomancy or the Hydro-Freeze pattern, allowing them a means of blocking incoming attacks with conjured matter as if with a shield.

Just like the recently restored Rasui's Cryosorcerous Disc, one can take the Reflexive Channeling ability to have the character automatically open the required channel when attacked by something that is blockable, rather than needing to have manually opened the channel beforehand.
