Recruiter location: can I get a hint?

I've been all over Shadgard. I've been to Mistral, and found a Rook Parlour there with a concierge who won't talk to me. I've been to Corvus, and was shipped out again in a pine box; it's clearly no place for someone who doesn't know how to handle themselves.

I don't know how secret this stuff is supposed to be OOC, so apologies if I've misstepped. But I've run out of ideas.

It all depends on what you like to study.

As a fun side note, historically many doctors in the early days were in league with grave-robbers.
