Assuming you meant 8 bells post zenith, that is 10PM Eastern, 7PM Pacific.
Unfortunately I can't stay up late Sunday nights due to work (That is 10PM for me and I wake up at 4:30), so I will not be able to attend.
If you meant 8 bells in the morning, I still will not be able to attend due to some other personal obligations around that time Sunday mornings.
Sundays are 0retty much the worst possible days for me... oh well.

Saturdays have always been better days for everyone, all together. A lot of people have to get up early Monday mornings for work. Not many people can or will stay up to 10 or 12 pm EST who live in that time zone.
