Combat Brief

Some time ago in the options shuffle we lost options combat brief, a game-sided way to reduce wordiness of combat. Is there any chance we could get that back?

I find that when fighting with a weapon or two like duel wielding daggers. The text gets spammy because on mine I have daggers with gems on the hilts and it gets spammy when every time I hit someone it says that I used this master forged dagger with a blue sapphire to his this person for X amount of damage.
