adding support@clokmud.com to guru file

Could we have the addition of a line saying we can e-mail support@clokmud.com to the output we see when we type in Guru, please? Lots of newcomers don't know this e-mail address. Perhaps a mention of support@clokmud.com when we type in 'help' as well?
