In short, a way to review the status of mail that have not been picked up by the recipient. Linked to this, for mails that haven't been picked up by the target, the ability to request the mail to be sent back for a fee. In case someone has relationships that involve mailing objects and cash and the target going inactive. Especially for repair purposes.

Alternatively, if mail isn't picked up for a week or some other agreed on time, for mail to be sent back to sender.
