Artisan only shop

I dont know whether if this has been suggested before or not but here is an idea anyway.
I would like to request a shop, probably in Artisan compound, where Artisans can stock their wares for sale. Perhaps the ordering office can have this addition included. But following are my suggestions which I would love to see if it gets approved:
1. All the artisans should be allowed to stock their wares in the shop.
2. while first stocking the item, a fee should be asked from the artisan in question (it can either be a fixed amount of riln or a fixed amount of the percentage of the cost of the item being stocked)
3. the artisan in question should be able to set a price for their item.
4. if the item is not sold in a specific duration of time. the item in question should be moved to a vault connected to the above mentioned shop and a note sent to the artisan who stocked it telling them about the retrieval of the item.

p.s it can either be a one shop for all sorts of the crafts or it can be divided into different sections for metalwares, leatherwares jewelry etc.)
please feel free to add or subtract if you guys think that there needs some edition to this,

I believe I suggested something like this before. different but very similar. a consignement shop. I really do like this idea, very much.
