Groups not following on some climbs

This is because the climb requires a skill check. Forcing group members to attempt skill-check climbs that the leader attempts would be pretty mean, since a group leader could climb a very difficult cliff, for instance, before checking with his party members first, and they might be unprepared or not skilled enough to make the climb. This could result in a lot of injuries from climbing falls.
