Right now you have to take an item from the bag and then give the item to whomever. My request is that we can do both in one command.
give {item} from {container} to {target}
or
give {item} to {target} from {container}
give {item} from {container} to {target}
Re: give {item} to {target} from {container}
It's possible, though the nice thing about requiring it be in hand is that you can check that it's exactly the one you want to be giving, rather than giving from a container with multiple matches and then saying "Oh shoot, that was the wrong one, hand it back please and let me find the right one."
The lore compels me!
Re: give {item} from {container} to {target}
I can see that being an issue but sometimes (especially when turning in task stuff) there is really only one item or type of item that can be turned in.
Seems like if you were worried you might give someone the wrong item you can still manually take the item from the bag, verify it's the correct one and then give the item.
In the end I can circumvent this with aliases so it's no big deal.

The funny thing is, people still end up giving you the wrong thinv sometimes anyway. Always an awkward moment when that happens.
A scrawny alley cat stares after the dog with big green eyes.
Speaking to a scrawny alley cat, you ask, "Friend of yours?"
A scrawny alley cat hisses angrily.
