Request: Another Look At Option 25

Lately I have found option 25 particularly useful and I'm really liking it.
However, I ran into a small problem recently. I had a few questions to ask and found myself hesitating to turn it off because of the hour wait in order to turn it back on after just wanting to know something OOC.

Could the time be reviewed? If not the time, maybe a way in which some of us on RPH can ask the questions we need to without feeling like we need to blatantly re-immerse ourselves into the OOC aspects of the game.

I'm really trying to think of a possible compromise, but I can't think of much other than cutting back on the wait time just a bit or making the question channel somehow triggerable with a shorter timer.

Thanks GMs for giving us those of us who want to, the option to be completely IC at all times. :)

You could use the IRC channel. It still exists.

The BBS is also a great alternative. With the new option to notify of new BBS posts in-game (I forget what number it is though), stuff asked on the BBS is usually getting answered more frequently.

As Jirato stated, my advice would be to post on the BBS when you have questions while wanting to maintain the RPHardcore feel. And my usual disclaimer: CHAT and QUESTION channels are there to be used by players, and the GMs often don't pay attention to those channels. Go BBS!
