Per the Bugfixes/Changes log there is supposed to be a Woodwinds trainer in the Hanged Man:
The bard at the Hanged Man now teaches Harps and Woodwinds.
Currently he teaches harps and general music and I'd love it if his repertoire was increased. I'm sure there are many other forms of musical instruction that are either exclusive or unavailable as well since the primary trainer was lost. Is it possible to have this looked into?

I could so use that woodwinds training too. Poor, unlearnable instruments.
