armor use from hurling

Post by Sneaky »

So when I first noticed my armor use going up de to hurling I wasn't sure if it was due to armor chinks or not, so after a little bit more testing I've decided that it is just due to hurling. I was hurling knives at infested cats and I was gaining armor use slowly but surely. the only armor I have on are a pair of boots that are normal leather armor, but I wasn't even getting hit as I was hidden the whole time. I didn't notice this bug until recently as in 30 minutes ago lol. I hope it helps.

I don't think it is a bug. Contrary to popular belief, you gain armor use from attacking and not from being hit.
You overhear the following rumor:
"I saw one of those Shadgard folk come barging into Grif's and shoot one of the patrons on the spot. Shadgard must be a pretty rough place with such outlaws running rampant."

someone had suggested that as well to me after I posted this, so I tested it without wearing armor and I was still gaining armor use while not wearing any armor.

I've confirmed this, looking into it now.
[GMCHAT Uyoku]: Octum is when the octumbunny comes around and lays pumpkins everywhere right?
[GMCHAT Rias]: Dimmes says "oh hai :) u need healz? ill get u dont worry thaum lasers pew pew pew lol"
[CHAT - GameMaster Rias would totally nuke Rooks]: Here's how elemancy works: The freeblegreeble and the zippoflasm have to be combined with the correct ration of himbleplimp, then you add the gargenheimer and adjust the froopulon for the pattern you want, apply some tarratarrtarr, yibble the wantaban, and let 'er rip!
