I needed to post a test message on the BBS to test a new system, but figured might as well announce said new system at the same time.
So, here it is, you may now toggle option 29 (BBSFeed) to receive post notifications in-game whenever someone posts in a public section of the BBS.

To make things a bit more screen-reader friendly, you can now toggle OFF the links after the BBS notifications with option 30 (BBSLinks)
