multi-element weaving channeling control

I had wondered if it would be possible to add a bit more control to things like shields and novas while multi-element weaving. In such that we could cast spells using only single elements even if we are channeling a bunch of them. So....


chan shield hydro - would allow you to throw up a hydro shield even if your channeling pyro, hydro, aero and geo at the same time.

chan nova pyro - Same as the above, this would allow us to better utilize each element and have more precision with the spells we want to cast. So i can channel hydro to knock everyone down then pyro to burn them for a minute before switching back to aero to knock everyone down again. As we can't drop specific channels, this would hopefully give us more control over a combat!

Possibly, but in the meantime, you actually can release individual elements.

That's definitely a step, i was completely unaware we could selectively release. This will help me manage switching my hydro and geo castings.
