weapon tweaks: the warhammer

I noticed some of the weapons were recently tweaked with regards to damage.

I was wondering if the warhammer could be boosted a bit. It seems few want to use the warhammer as it does too little damage.

I've actually got some ideas for warhammers (and a few other weapon types) and a bonus of bypassing some armor damage reduction.
