(Flash required - if loading never completes, ensure you have a Flash plugin installed)
Loading ... OK!
Connecting to CLOK ... ... connection failed. Contact the server owner (admin@contrarium.net) and tell him to fix the flash policy listener.

I've confirmed that the flash policy listener is running and accepting connections.

If you'd like to send me her IP address in a private message, I can double check that it's not blocked in the server's firewall (It auto-blocks certain IPs after a certain amount of failed attempts to certain ports, the one CLOK uses isn't one of them). But considering you were able to at least load the HMUD page, I think it's more likely something on your end.

Any ideas how I can check my end? I connected fine at my house but after bringing my comp here it won't work.

So now that we've confirmed it's not an issue with the IP being blocked from the server...

Are you able to open a raw telnet connection to 67.23.247.154 on port 4000?

The methods for accomplishing this vary depending on your operating system, but I'd be glad to walk you through it if you tell me what OS it is. (Assuming it's one I'm familiar with)

Are you able to connect to any other MUDs?

Are you absolutely sure it's not your firewall (Hardware/router firewall included)?

It could be the router, but I'm not familiar with it. Comcast website yuck.
