GMs are now able to give out Roleplaying Awards. These are given out to player characters that are observed to be putting particular effort into roleplaying. The effects last an hour, during which all skill gains will be increased. You will receive messaging indicating that you've received a roleplaying award, though it will be in in-character terms. Typing skills or effects will include indicative messaging if you're under the effects of such a reward.
So, roleplay away! You never know when a GM could be watching.
That's ... that's supposed to be encouraging. Not creepy.

Roleplaying Awards!
The lore compels me!
Roleplaying awards now increase skillgains for a certain amount of points' worth of skillgain, rather than for a set duration of time. So you don't have to run out and start grinding as soon as you get an award to try and make the most of it. Feel free to keep roleplaying instead of grinding skills, and do the grinding later at your convenience!
