Return an item to its hiding spot.
I find all sorts of hidden things in my wanderings. I want to check them out more closely but I'm afraid when I hide them again the original owner will never find them. What about a way to return items to their last hiding place? That way the original person would still know it's there and not have to search for it again.

Why would you worry about them finding it again? They left it behind. Finders, keepers because its gangsta.

I like Skjotur's idea. Another possible approach would be the ability to EXAMINE it where it be, it takes 1 additional second of roundtime to crouch down and peruse it, but you haven't moved it out of it's hiding place.
