Not seeing someone glance your way if they are hiding

Bug Info: I think that A squint-eyed rogue from the robber camp may be bugged. He is able to reveal my hiding spot when I walked into a room he is in, even without a message saying he glances my way.

This is working as intended. You didn't see the rogue glance your way when you snuck in because the rogue himself was hiding - otherwise his presence would have been given away, defeating the purpose of his being hidden.
