New construction project sighted west of Swampwoods

There's a large clearing off the road west of the Swampwoods. A small crowd of workers is diligently working on constructing some sort of facility there. The brawler Arlen has been in contact with several people regarding his desires to start a business in the area. It looks like his plans are finally paying off.
