Language Filter - Options 10

As some have noticed, a language filter was implemented. The filter can be disabled via options 10.

We know the filter isn't perfect. It's extremely basic, in fact. However, doing "clever" things to bypass the filter for those who have it toggled on will land you in trouble.
The lore compels me!
