Saddlebag items transferred to storage lockers

Per the in-game announcement: Items contained in legacy saddlebags have been moved to their owners' lockers. (Saddlebags still do not function as containers.)

There was a lot of interesting (and some frightening) stuff in those things! Saddlebag functionality returning is uncertain at this time, but there have been some good suggestions on how to keep their usage more reasonable, so we'll see. The important thing for now is that people have access to all those saddlebag items again, now that they've been moved to bank lockers.
