- REQUEST is used to request OOC GM assistance for technical issues. It is not used to summon NPCs or request GMs play NPCs for your IC interactions. Use NPCMAIL if you wish to discuss something with an NPC.
- REQUEST is per character, not per account. Do not submit a request on one character on behalf of another character.
- REQUEST does not have time/date stamps associated with it. If you're request is something like "This happened a day ago...", but your request might not be seen for a week or more, please enter specific dates.
- Please be as detailed as possible in your request, for example, if you're having an issue with an inn room, tell us the the exact inn room.
- Don't forget to periodically go through your REQUESTS and use REQUEST CANCEL if they are no longer relevant.
- If you do not receive a response to your request in what you feel is a reasonable length of time, feel free to send us an email with the details of your request.
