Scheduled Downtime: 10/8/2017

The CLOK server is going to be shut down on the morning of 10/8/2017 to facilitate the move to the new server.
The current plan is to shut down the game server application at around 10AM Eastern Time (8AM CLOK game time).
All game, website, and BBS data will be backed up.
Data will be moved to the new server.
DNS records will be changed to point to the new server.
At that time, the CLOK website, Wiki, BBS, and clokmud.com emails will become unavailable.
After DNS updates, everything will become available again.
You will be able to connect directly to CLOK without waiting on the DNS update, sometime shortly after the data migration, by using the IP address 198.49.67.91, port 4000, in your MUD client.
Since the CLOK website will be affected by this move, we will be utilizing Facebook (http://fb.me/clokmud) during the transition process to keep you informed of when everything is back up. The Facebook posts will automatically be relayed to our Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/clokmud).
