The Rook Parlour announced today that over the weekend and throughout the holiday, people should be on the lookout for wandering hallow's eve spirits haunting Shadgard! They explain that these spirits are harmless, though somewhat playful.
Additionally, many have been known to carry Hallow's Eve goodies and prizes for those who manage to defeat them!
