I am bringing the wiki at
http://clok.contrarium.net offline for a software update. This could be anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours depending on how busy things get at work and how smooth the update goes.

The wiki is back up, though I'm having some issues getting the CLOK skin to load. Will have to leave it at the default and modify it later after work.
