Guild switching is not allowed.

This seems to be coming up a lot recently, so I thought I'd be nice and clear on it: Once you join a guild, you can quit it or be kicked out (in some cases there may be very nasty consequences), but you cannot join another.
There have been two exceptions to this rule in CLOK's history. They were to release new guilds.
There's now a nice big bright pink OOC warning message upon asking about initiation that informs players of the seriousness and permanence of joining a guild.
Don't join a guild if you're not sure you want to throw your lot in with them!
