Players can now whisper to each other in-characterly. Only the whisperer and the target will see the whispered messaging - everyone else will just see the one whispering to the other. Perfect for feeling elite and excluding people, or for raising suspicion amongst everyone else in the area.
Or just, you know, whispering privately to someone in the same room.
Syntax: whisper [person] [message]
