Maintenance Type:
In order to increase the reliability of our network, our Admins will be performing maintenance to our core routers and relocating a majority of of our transit provider fiber.
Estimated Downtime:
We understand the importance of minimizing any downtime associated with maintenance and for this reason we will do everything we can to expedite the process. As it stands now, the maintenance window is 8 hours and while no actual downtime is expected, you may encounter times of increased latency and minor packet loss while routes to our facilities converge. We will have our senior admins on site for this project to avoid any serious issues and we do not foresee any issues lasting longer than the aforementioned maintenance time frame.

The datacenter where the MUD server is located will be undergoing network maintenance starting at 22:00 EDT on October 11. While no downtime is expected, it is possible that there will be an increase in latency and dropped packets, which equates to lag and instability for the MUD.
