BBS Registration

BBS Registration has been changed and we should hopefully be spambot-free from this day forth. Registration requires a passphrase, which can be acquired by logging into the game and typing in the bbs command.

Sorry to all the people who got caught in the "admin approval" waiting queue during the meantime. I think I got all the legit registration requests accepted. If I missed yours, try registering again.
