Custom order changes

There have been some changes to custom order. Items that requires customization should now have a last custom option of quantity, so that players can buy multiples of a customized item (since order now isn't available).
As always, please bug anything that seems off or wrong.

Thank you for this change. I was going to request an option to order multiples of a customized item in a shop (as sometimes there are 4 or 5 custom menus to get through per item), but never got around to requesting it. Thanks for doing it pre-emptively!

I do exactly this - I always bug Acarin, Lysse, Kian, etc.
