Forage tinder

Characters may now FORAGE for a handful of tinder in forest environments (FORAGE TINDER). Have tinder in one hand while LIGHTing something for a significantly increased chance to successfully light the target item.

Characters can now FORAGE TINDER in a grassy area to get some dried grass that can be used as tinder.

Also, tinder itself can now be lit, though it doesn't burn for very long.
