Janitor less aggressive

The janitor is less aggressive now. Items on the ground will never disappear when a player character is in the area, nor will their 'janitor timer' go down. Rejoice in being able to set things on the ground without janitor worries, but be certain to remember that others can pick up your things, and be careful to remember to pick your things back up before you leave the area.
