Teach your fellows!

Players may now teach skills to each other via the teach command. The effect is the same as asking an NPC for training: The student is granted +1 to the skill, and skill gains for that skill are doubled for the next half hour. The syntax is as follows:

teach [person] [skill] - Offer to teach someone a skill (example: teach Rias general combat)
teach accept - Accept someone's offer to teach you a skill
teach decline - Decline someone's offer to teach you a skill

The teacher must have at least 10 ranks more than the student in order to teach them a skill.

Some skills are unable to be taught, mainly including core magical school skills (thaumaturgy, pyromancy, etc.).
