A few new metals released.

Lars wagon is now sitting outside of the Saucy Templar and will be selling imported metals for a time.

The metals released are:

- Cobalt - a metal popular and common in the Lapis nation.

- Bloodsand - a rare metalic stone of the Nuum nation which can be smelted.

- Sunsteel - A rare alloy developed in Ivial.

(Sunsteel was bought out already by a rather rich Trader, however Lars will still sell you the formula for a price.)

Additional metals will be released in the future, and coding tweaks will be added as changes are made to weapons and metals in the future.

Edit: Lars wagon has now been closed down. These materials are now available to Traders only in their storehouse, imported from foreign lands.

Are there descriptions of the look and texture of these items somewhere in-game?

Thanks!

I too am curious to know more about the look and texture of these metals, as well as any lore surrounding them.

I would also like to know the qualities of sunsteel, and how it compare to iron, steel, and celestium.

I've added a bit of additional information here about the cultural metals. I apologize it took me so long.

Also, I've released the formulas for several new options with smelting which are available to Traders in the Coalition Imports shop. This should make additional options for jewelrycrafting.

These formulas can be kept secret, sold, or told to friends in an IC manner. However, I would strong discourage Traders from openly announcing them here on the forum or on OOC chat. You'd only be ruining a business opportunity for yourselves. ;)

Also, POLICY 4 will be strongly enforced in regard to this release.

Very cool to see the bits and pieces of lore on the metals/ores, as well as new alloy recipes!

Could you add to this, please, what refined bloodglass appears like ? Is it transluscent ? Transparent ? Deep red or pale red ?
