Send her a parchment via the post office with what you'd like worked on and what you'd like it to end up looking like. She'll mail you back telling you whether she can do the work, and how much it would cost. Miu works on clothing and jewelry ONLY, so don't ask her to alter any weapons or metallic armor!

Does she take requests from the outpost?

She might, but she wouldn't be too keen on taking requests from someone who killed a bunch of her customers.
